Anantya is a private, members-only spiritual companion designed for reflection, inner growth, and thoughtful dialogue. These Terms govern your use of the Anantya mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”).

By using Anantya, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Operator

The Service is operated by:

2. Eligibility

You must:

• be at least 18 years old
• have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
• be approved through our membership process

Anantya is invite-only. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.

Minors are not permitted to use the Service.

3. Nature of the Service (Important Disclaimer)

Anantya provides:

• reflective conversations
• perspective-based dialogue
• spiritual inquiry
• contemplative prompts

Anantya does not provide:

• therapy or counseling
• medical or mental health advice
• coaching or treatment
• diagnosis or intervention
• prescriptive instructions or action plans

Anantya uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses. The Service is intended solely for personal reflection and informational purposes and does not provide professional advice of any kind.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to interpretation. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment or real-world decision-making.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, emotional responses, and interpretations arising from use of the Service. The Service is not designed to influence behavior, provide actionable guidance, or guarantee outcomes.

4. Membership & Payments

Access to Anantya requires a paid membership.

Payments may be processed through Apple In-App Purchase or through Stripe for web purchases.

Subscriptions:

• are prepaid in full
• automatically renew unless canceled
• continue until terminated

Your subscription may include an initial billing period price that differs from the renewal price. All pricing and renewal terms are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If purchased through Apple, Apple manages billing and refunds according to Apple’s policies. Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple account settings.

If you cancel, access continues through the end of the paid period.

Refunds are generally not provided except where required by law or platform rules.

Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, including chats, reflections, transcripts, and profile information.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store, process, and display your content in order to operate and provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

Your content remains private unless you choose to share it externally.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate any laws
• attempt unauthorized access
• reverse engineer the Service
• disrupt infrastructure
• misuse automation or bots
• harass or abuse others

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

• for violations of these Terms
• for fraud or chargebacks
• to protect the integrity of the platform
• at our discretion

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including software, branding, prompts, systems, and design, belong to HIGHER SELF SOLUTIONS – FZCO.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without permission.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Arbitration & Governing Law

We will attempt informal resolution first.

Where permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

Where local consumer protection laws require access to local courts, users retain those rights.

Governing law: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. General Legal Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anantya regarding the Service.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

We may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign them without consent.

You consent to receive communications electronically.
