These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Anantya mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”). The Service is operated by HIGHER SELF SOLUTIONS - FZCO (“Anantya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Anantya.
If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
you meet the minimum age requirement
you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or your parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf
your use of the Service is not prohibited by applicable law
the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we may suspend or delete the account and associated personal information.
We do not actively verify age in every case, but we reserve the right to request information, restrict access, suspend accounts, or delete accounts where we reasonably believe a user does not meet the eligibility requirements.
If a platform, app store, or applicable law requires a higher age to access or use the Service, the higher age requirement applies.
Nature of the Service
Anantya is a Vedic astrology and self-reflection application. The Service may include:
natal chart readings
Life Story, Current Chapter, Daily Truth, and other personalized readings
dasha, transit, yoga, and other Jyotish-based interpretations
Bond or Union readings comparing two people’s charts
Ask Anantya or similar interactive features, if available
saved readings, notes, reflection prompts, or related features, if available
subscriptions, one-time purchases, credits, packs, or other paid features
Anantya is designed for personal reflection, self-discovery, and interpretive insight. It is not a professional advisory service.
Anantya does not provide:
medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
mental health care, therapy, counseling, or crisis support
financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
career, relationship, or life planning advice
religious instruction or spiritual direction
emergency services
guaranteed predictions of future events
factual verification of personal, relationship, or life outcomes
Astrological systems are interpretive and spiritual traditions, not scientifically verified methods of prediction, diagnosis, or professional advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no human astrologer, psychic, spiritual advisor, therapist, counselor, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, or other professional is personally reviewing your information or providing individual advice through the Service. The Service uses computational astrological calculations and AI-generated interpretive text.
The Service may feel personal, precise, or emotionally resonant, but it remains interpretive. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on anything you read or receive through the Service.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health emergency, thoughts of self-harm, or risk of harm to yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Do not rely on Anantya in an emergency.
AI-generated content
Anantya uses OpenAI to help generate personalized, literary, and interpretive text within the Service.
To create readings and responses, certain information may be processed by OpenAI, including your name or chosen name, birth details, derived astrological calculations, Bond or Union details, and questions or messages you submit to Ask Anantya or similar features, if available. More information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service and consenting in the onboarding flow, you authorize Anantya to process information through OpenAI as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, unexpected, or subject to hallucinations. AI-generated content may also repeat, generalize, or misinterpret information.
You understand and agree that:
readings are for reflection only
readings are not statements of fact
readings are not professional advice
readings are not a substitute for qualified professionals
readings should not be used to make medical, legal, financial, safety, immigration, employment, or other high-stakes decisions
you remain responsible for your decisions, actions, emotional responses, and interpretations
We may change the AI models, prompts, systems, architecture, providers, or processing methods used in the Service at any time, provided we update our Privacy Policy and obtain consent where required by law.
Your account
To use the Service, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information, including your name or chosen name, email address, birth date, birth time, and birth place.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly at support@myanantya.com if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your account secure.
Accuracy of birth information
Anantya’s readings depend on the information you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring that birth date, birth time, birth place, name, and other details are accurate. If information is incomplete, estimated, or incorrect, readings may be inaccurate or less relevant.
We do not independently verify birth details or other information you provide.
Bond and Union readings
The Service may allow you to create Bond or Union readings by adding another person’s details, including their name or chosen name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
By adding another person’s details, you represent and warrant that you have a personal or meaningful relationship with that person, that your use of their information is for genuine self-reflection and relationship understanding, and that you have the right or lawful basis to provide and use that information under applicable law.
You also agree that:
you will not add details of public figures, celebrities, strangers, or people whose information you obtained from public sources unless you have a lawful basis to do so
you will not use the Service to stalk, harass, surveil, exploit, defame, manipulate, intimidate, or harm anyone
you will not use Bond or Union readings to make high-stakes decisions about another person
We do not create an account for an Added Person merely because you enter their details.
We may delete Added Person information if requested by the person concerned, required by law, or necessary to protect Anantya, our users, or others.
You are responsible for claims, disputes, or complaints arising from your decision to enter another person’s details without appropriate authority. You agree to indemnify Anantya as described in Section 23, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Ask Anantya and interactive features
If Ask Anantya or similar interactive features are available, you may submit questions, messages, or prompts.
Ask Anantya is not designed to provide answers to specific medical, legal, financial, safety, relationship-ending, or life-altering questions. We may refuse, redirect, or limit responses to questions that fall outside the Service’s intended scope. You agree not to rely on Ask Anantya responses for high-stakes personal decisions.
If your question relates to a medical, mental health, safety, or emergency situation, please contact qualified professionals or emergency services. Ask Anantya is not a substitute for emergency or crisis support.
You agree not to submit content that:
contains threats, harassment, hate, abuse, or unlawful material
encourages self-harm, violence, exploitation, or illegal activity
contains another person’s highly sensitive information without appropriate authority
seeks medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice
attempts to manipulate, jailbreak, or bypass the Service’s safety or content systems
attempts to extract system prompts, hidden instructions, model parameters, or confidential information
infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
We may moderate, limit, suspend, remove, or refuse to process content where necessary to operate the Service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users and others.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or provide through the Service, such as questions, messages, notes, reflections, saved content, feedback, and support communications.
You grant Anantya a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and use your content solely to operate, provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except to the extent retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide your content and grant this license.
Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, interface, graphics, logos, branding, systems, prompts, templates, databases, astrological interpretation frameworks, generated structures, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to HIGHER SELF SOLUTIONS - FZCO and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may share limited excerpts of readings generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not misrepresent the source, remove attribution where shown, or use the content in a way that harms Anantya or violates these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, license, distribute, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations you provide about the Service are non-confidential and may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
violate any applicable law or regulation
use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
impersonate another person or entity
create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized information
access or attempt to access another user’s account
interfere with, disrupt, overload, or harm the Service
use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automation, or unauthorized scripts
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
bypass, disable, or interfere with security, access controls, payment controls, or usage limits
exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or pricing errors
attempt prompt injection, jailbreaks, role-play attacks, or other methods designed to bypass AI safety systems
attempt to extract system prompts, hidden instructions, internal policies, training data, source code, or model information
upload malware or harmful code
use the Service to stalk, harass, surveil, intimidate, or harm any person
use the Service to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, legal matters, safety, or other high-stakes areas
sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service
use the Service in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Paid services, subscriptions, and purchases
Anantya may offer paid subscriptions, trials, one-time purchases, Bond credits, Bond packs, premium readings, or other paid features.
Prices, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, trial terms, and purchase details are shown in the app before purchase.
Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple is responsible for payment processing and may apply its own terms, conditions, refund rules, and privacy practices.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
the subscription is billed through Apple
the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings
deleting the Anantya app does not cancel your subscription
Before you complete a subscription purchase, Apple displays the subscription price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms if any, and cancellation instructions. By confirming the purchase through Apple, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple account on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Apple states otherwise.
Free trials and promotional offers
If we offer a free trial or promotional offer, the terms will be shown before you accept the offer. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription.
Bond credits and one-time purchases
If you purchase Bond credits, Bond packs, or similar one-time items:
credits may be consumed when used
credits are not redeemable for cash
credits may be tied to your account and may not be transferable
any expiration or usage limits will be shown in the app where applicable
unused credits may be lost if your account is deleted, terminated, or restricted for violation of these Terms, except where prohibited by law
Price changes
We may change prices, plans, features, or purchase options in the future. Price changes for subscriptions will be handled in accordance with Apple’s requirements and applicable law.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies and applicable law. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions.
Chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment abuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
If you are in a jurisdiction that provides cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, statutory warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain available to you.
For users in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain digital purchases within 14 days. However, this right may not apply, or may be lost, once digital content or services begin with your consent or acknowledgement, where permitted by applicable law. Purchases are processed by Apple, and Apple’s refund and cancellation processes apply. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
For purchases made through Apple, you may need to contact Apple to exercise certain payment, subscription, cancellation, or refund rights.
App Store terms
If you downloaded Anantya from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
these Terms are between you and HIGHER SELF SOLUTIONS - FZCO, not Apple
Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service
if the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, according to Apple’s policies
to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the Service, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims
you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated by the United States government as a terrorist-supporting country
you represent that you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries
Service availability and changes
The Service may change over time.
We may add, remove, suspend, modify, limit, or discontinue features, content, pricing, plans, models, providers, readings, credits, or availability at any time.
We may restrict access in certain countries or regions for legal, regulatory, platform, operational, or business reasons.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.
Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account from within the Service, where available, or by contacting support@myanantya.com.
When you delete your account, we will deactivate the account promptly and delete or anonymize personal information from active production systems within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, accounting, dispute resolution, compliance, or legitimate business purposes. Backups may persist for a limited additional period before being overwritten or deleted.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:
you violate these Terms
you create risk or possible legal exposure for Anantya
your use may harm another user, an Added Person, Anantya, or others
payment is declined, disputed, refunded, reversed, or suspected to be fraudulent
we are required to do so by law, platform rule, or government request
we reasonably believe your account is underage, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive
Termination does not limit any rights or remedies we may have.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANANTYA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES
READINGS OR RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE
AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE FREE OF HALLUCINATIONS, INCONSISTENCIES, OR UNEXPECTED OUTPUTS
ASTROLOGICAL INTERPRETATIONS WILL MATCH YOUR EXPERIENCE, BELIEFS, EXPECTATIONS, OR OUTCOMES
THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR PERSONAL, EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL, RELATIONSHIP, PROFESSIONAL, OR PRACTICAL NEEDS
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
No professional advice
Anantya does not provide professional advice.
The Service is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, investment, safety, career, relationship, religious, spiritual, or other professional advice.
You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions in any high-stakes area.
Do not delay, disregard, or avoid professional advice because of anything you read or receive through Anantya.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANANTYA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL DISTRESS, EMOTIONAL HARM, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANANTYA’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
Third-party services
The Service may rely on or interact with third-party services, including Apple, OpenAI, Firebase, PostHog, RevenueCat, cloud infrastructure providers, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services, systems, outages, policies, content, or practices, except to the extent required by law.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information.
By using the Service, you agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HIGHER SELF SOLUTIONS - FZCO, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
your use of the Service
your violation of these Terms
your violation of applicable law
your content
your misuse of AI-generated content
your addition or use of another person’s details without appropriate authority
your violation of another person’s rights, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or data protection rights
your fraud, misrepresentation, chargeback abuse, or payment dispute abuse
We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us.
Where indemnity obligations are not enforceable against consumers under applicable law, this section applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@myanantya.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
Where permitted by law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be the Dubai International Financial Centre. The language of arbitration shall be English. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights, local court rights, or regulatory complaint rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Where arbitration is not enforceable under applicable consumer law, disputes may be resolved in a court or forum with proper jurisdiction, and all other provisions of these Terms continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Class action waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND ANANTYA AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
If this waiver is found unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction or for a particular claim, it will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, and users retain any non-waivable rights available in their jurisdiction.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, pandemics, epidemics, power failures, internet failures, telecommunications failures, platform outages, cloud provider failures, AI provider failures, payment processor failures, cyberattacks, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we will provide notice by in-app message, email, website notice, or another appropriate method. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before applying material changes.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
General provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms shown at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anantya regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or operation of law.
These Terms remain binding regardless of changes to Anantya’s corporate structure, including conversion from a Free Zone Company, change of jurisdiction, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer to an affiliated or successor entity.
Headings are for convenience only.
The word “including” means “including without limitation.”
You agree to receive notices and communications electronically.
Where arbitration, class action waivers, indemnity obligations, liability limits, warranty disclaimers, or refund restrictions are not enforceable under applicable consumer law, they apply only to the maximum extent permitted, and users retain any non-waivable rights available in their jurisdiction.
